Cut-off Date:
The cut-off date  to secure individual reservations at your group rate is Wednesday, November 13, 2024. Please note: After this date, the hotel will continue to accept reservations, at the group rate, only on a space available basis.

Rate is also honored 3 days pre and post-convention dates based on Hotel availability.

Government Employee rates:

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:  
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card, refundable up to three (3) days in advance of the FAHP Conference.

Hotel Concessions for FAHP: 

  • Check in time 4:00 P.M.
  • Check out time 11:00 A.M.
  • Complimentary access to 24 hour fitness center for registered guests and spa pool
