Cut-off Date:
The cut-off date for your attendees to secure their individual reservations at your group rate is on Tuesday, August 13, 2019. Please note: After this date, the hotel will continue to accept reservations, at the group rate, only on a space available basis.

Rate is also honored 3 days pre and post-convention dates based on Hotel availability.

Government Employee rates: 
Limited number of rooms are available at the prevailing government per diem. Contact [email protected] for more information.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:  
Sleeping rooms must be secured with a valid credit card and first night's deposit, refundable up to three (3) days in advance of the FAHP Conference.
