Cut-off Date:
The cut-off date  to secure individual reservations at your group rate is Tuesday, October 25, 2022. 
Please note: After this date, the hotel will continue to accept reservations, at the group rate, only on a space available basis.

Rate is also honored 3 days pre and post-convention dates based on Hotel availability.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:  
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card, refundable up to three (3) days in advance of the FAHP Conference.

Hotel Concessions for FAHP:

  • Check out time 11:00 A.M.
  • Complimentary access to 24 hour fitness center for registered guests and spa pool
  • 15% discount on 50+ minute spa treatments for all registered guests

      Current FAHP and Marriott Covid safety protocols include: 

  • Temperature checks 
  • All Marriott employees wearing masks
  • Recommend masks for Unvaccinated Guests   
  • Mobile Check-In option
  • Mobile Key option
  • Hand Sanitizer Stations throughout the resort
  • Maintain 6 feet (or local guidance, if more stringent) between hotel associates and guests for Unvaccinated Guests/associates   
  • Meeting rooms are disinfected after each meeting using electrostatic sprayers. 
  • All equipment and meeting amenities are sanitized before and after each meeting.
  • Linen-less setup is used where available. Linens (when utilized) are replaced during full day meeting, at lunch and after each meeting. 
  • Sanitizing stations with hand sanitizers or sanitizing wipes are easily accessible to guests in meeting rooms. 
  • Masks are made available for meeting guests, upon request. 
  • Pens and writing pads are available upon request. 
  • Disinfectant wipes are provided for the speakers during presentation
