Booth Experience

Get ready for a more interactive tradeshow! This year features exciting games and incentives, including our 'Best Booth' award. Attendees will cast vote for 'Best Designed' and 'Best Experience' booths for two lucky exhibitors to win a $500 credit on a 2027 booth.  Additionally, health plans will go head-to-head in floor-wide challenges for a chance to win prizes. Booth package includes:

FAHP Conference strategically designs our Tradeshow to showcase a limited number of exclusive vendors near the General Session ballroom.   
Booth size: 10' x 10'
Pipe/Drape (8' on sides)
Pre and post Attendee List (some attendees have opt'd out of disclosing email)
Ballroom is carpeted
Includes one 6ft table top draped;  2 chairs and wastebasket
Wifi included
One complimentary registration pass for your booth representative.  Registration pass gives attendee access to general sessions and receptions.
Additional attendees registration rate of $595
Recognition in all marketing pieces
NO ELECTRICAL (You can order electrical and other equipment for your booth. Forms will be included in Showkit.

PRIME: $10,000; Benefit package also includes 1-2 minute video infomercial showcased during the program (exhibitor to provide video file) and 2 complimentary registrations
PREMIER: $7500; one complimentary registration

6:00 p.m.                            Exhibitors invited to attend Gala Reception (Best Booth Award Announced)
