Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund, less a $75 processing fee, if your notification is received in writing via email by Monday, September 13, 2010. Email requests should be sent to meetingplanner@fahp.net.

Substitution Policy:
Substitutions are welcome for registrants who cannot attend. Please notify FAHP as soon as possible. Email requests should be sent to meetingplanner@fahp.net.

Refunds will not be issued to registrants who do not attend the conference.

Accommodations:

Hotel Room Cancellation Policy:
Individuals are required to guarantee their reservation for late arrival by use of major credit card. Please note: deposits will not be refunded if cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
